Bulletin Board: Guidelines
All announcements shall be accepted for publication per the discretion of board member(s) in agreement with guidelines set forth. The board maintains the right to reject any announcements that they feel is not in keeping with the intent of this service.
Please submit the completed form to either Carol Etges or GeorgiAnne Campbell by the 10th of the month for the current month’s inclusion.
All announcements shall be time sensitive. The site shall be maintained regularly for content, dated material, etc. The announcements must be received by the deadline indicated for inclusion in that month’s MESSAGES. The announcement shall expire after 3 months and must be resubmitted if it is to appear in the following month.
Examples of the category listing
- Member activities – member recognitions & accolades; member activities
- Volunteer services – services that you’d like to volunteer
- Wanted! – get the word out about anything that you may need to beg, borrow or steal
- Hobbies – hobbies that you’d like to share with someone; hobbies you’d like to get involved in
- For sale or recycle – personal, non-commercial items that you’d like to sell or give away
- Member solicitation - professional service or commercial merchandise is sold
- Any commercial solicitation events must directly involve the member.
- The member may advertise once every 6 months free of charge.
- The member may pay for an ad that would run consecutively for either 6 months or 12 months. The cost of the ads is to be determined.
