Each Fall the UWC Board Members and New Members who have joined recently are invited to an event to meet each other. With Thanks to Janet Brewer, the past several years this event has been held at Frasier Meadows.
On Sunday, October 26, 14 Board members and 20 of the new members enjoyed treats (brought by the Board Members) and tea and coffee provided by Fraiser Meadows. The room was set with “card tables” covered in golden tablecloths. Shirley Harkness, the New Member Chair, had each person at a table introduce themselves and give a few statements about their background and interests.
