If you would prefer to pay by check, please print the confirmation form that will come to your mailbox from UWC and send with a check to UWC LL c/o Frieda Holley, 830 Columbia Pl., Boulder, CO 80303. (Note: it can take up to 10 minutes for the form to appear in your mailbox).
